I came to Riddhi’s in 2017 for my first ever Hollywood wax which I was very nervous about and the staff were so patient and assuring. Since my first visit, I have been coming here regularly for my full body wax and hydra facial for about 5 years and I am super happy with the service. I used to go here all the time until the pandemic and recently returned. Different faces but still amazing quality. A great wax for a good price considering their central London location. I usually book via Treatwell.

I went today for the first time to get my brows threaded and Riddhi was very welcoming and delicate while working on my eyebrows. She also gave me tips on how to improve the growth of my eyebrows from home, since mines are thin. Would definitely recommend!

I had Hemali for both my Brazilian wax and my full body exfoliation. She was so lovely and explained each step thoroughly as this was my first time. Honestly lovely customer service. Will definitely be returning soon!

I had a wonderful back and head massage with Hemali. I arrived with a seized up neck and upper back and left feeling a million times better!…Very relaxed and with my full range of motion restored. I would highly recommend! I also really appreciated that she removed the oil from my back afterwards, I’ve never had that before it feels so much nicer when you put your top back on!

The best place I’ve been to in London so far for eyebrow threading. The beauticians are really friendly and always do a great job! Also very convenient to make and change bookings online.

I was with their for microneeddling facial treatment with ayushi and my skin is better glowing than before and my open pores are also decreased. They are really lovely. All staff behave with clients so friendly, caring and provide best quality service. Highly recommended if anyone interested

I booked a neck shoulder and back message with Hemali. I explained it was my first time getting a massage and she was very nice asking if I was okay throughout and if I was okay with the pressure. I never wanted to leave that massage bed I'm telling you.. her hands were magical. The tension in my shoulders and lower back were gone it was crazy how light I felt after 30 minutes. I'm not rating that one extra star because of course it wasn't the most luxurious I was expecting that much but it was quite cold in the room and it was close to the reception area so I couldn't completely zone out when the phone was ringing. But the service was honestly great.
