In October I visited Browhaus to get my eyebrows threaded and this experience was not great. I get my eyebrows threaded for years now, but this was the first time I have been cut on my eyebrows. The woman kept trying to take the blood away with tissues, but she didn’t say it was her fault at all. Eventually, it took over one week for it to recover and I was actually left with a scab on my eyebrow.  I contacted the customer service about this issue and they said a refund was not possible unless I want to wait 6 weeks, so they booked me in for a complimentary treatment with a more senior assistant in November. Unfortunately this got cancelled without giving any reason why. The customer service team now has been ignoring my email for over a week.  I do not recommend getting your eyebrows threaded here!  UPDATE: 3 months later still trying to chase them by email. They are completely ignoring me. What an awful company.

Salma does the best eyebrows in London - fact. The salon is clean, friendly, and great value. After having my eyebrows ruined by so many threaders, I've finally got a great arch and shape I never thought possible, after visiting Salma a few times. If she's not there she said the rest of the team are good too!

I had a terrible experience having my brows threaded here, I have had my brows threaded many times and I know what I like from my treatment. I explicitly told the therapist that I like to keep my eyebrows thick and natural and just wanted a tidy. I walked out with thin eyebrows and a large hole in one brow where there had always been hair. I reported my dissatisfaction and requested a refund for the services, you don't expect to go to a hairdresser asking for a trim and they give you a buzz cut - I was told by them that they would offer me a complementary thread and that as a company they believe this is sufficient.... Sorry but, when paying a premium price you expect premium service and for them to admit the mistake and do anything they can to rectify their mistake. I do not want to go back to them to have them further ruin my brows, I just want my money back. I am appalled by their greed, and would warn anyone against going here.

DON'T BOOK YOUR EYEBROWS WITH RUNU. Place is okay, I come here regularly but just ask for someone else. Or go to BLINK. It's better.  I believe that eyebrows is the most important facial feature and I never had such frustrating experience.  This technician just doesn't not listen to anything you say. I asked her not to make my eyebrows too thin, but not only she failed to do that she also made my eyebrow wavy than straight. She was rude and she was having a snack while doing my eyebrows which I think it's unprofessional.  Finally, I came 7minutes late and was told that we can do only tinting but not threading. Yet, we finished tinting way earlier and I asked if we could do a little bit of threading too, not properly, just sides - and I'll pay for the whole procedure. The lady was refusing until the manager asked her to, and we managed to finish before the scheduled time - so you can see this person has zero motivation to work properly and results show.  SUPER DISATISFIED. Pray for my eyebrows to regrow :

I had a really great first time microblading experience at the Holborn branch. They were professional in their work and they explained to me the procedure in steps. They allowed me to ask questions and kept me at ease during the entire process. I highly recommend their work especially Noush who did my procedure. She was really good, she asked my opinion and she made good suggestions.

Always thought the price was expensive before going to Browhaus. I have seen Jade twice and I am really happy with the shape she has managed to create. I finally have two matching eyebrows! It is well worth the price. The tint is also really good. My brows are black and I can never normally notice the difference after a tint, however the tint at Browhaus which is only £2 extra  is dark enough to make my brows appear fuller and picks up the tiniest of hairs. #eyebrowsonfleek:

I've had my brows done in a number of different salons over the years but I've never really been satisfied. Browhaus are fantastic, Chermaine is a superstar! She's precise, professional and knows what to do even with her eyes closed! Thanks ladies x

Utterly incompetent service. I'd grown out my eyebrows for 3-4 weeks because I was looking forward to my visit to Browhaus; I've been to their locations in three other countries and they've always been uniformly good. At this location, an obnoxious little twit ignored my very simple instructions to leave my brows *thick* and with a high, pointy arch and proceeded to leave me with thin, flat eyebrows. Not only that, she also managed to inflict maximum pain while threading, pinching my skin more than a couple of times. All the while giving me *so much attitude* I almost thought she was my teenager. It's also a really dingy, dark place, in the basement of a building, and the towels etc on the beds don't look like they've been washed in a few weeks. There's another browhaus a couple of blocks away, do yourself a favor and go there instead, or to literally any other eyebrow salon in any corner of this city.

I came to Holborn browhaus today I had a fantasic service by a lovely therapist Salma she was very professional at what she does. She gave a 5* star service which is worth paying that extra money for this service which alot company lack now a days. Not only she gave a fantastic service she also made my brows look very nice and full looking. Very happy with my service and will be buying package at my next visit.

Maybe it's just me but there seems to be a real failing with their booking system. Over the last year i think I've had about 5 or more cancelled appointments which is more than the amount of times I've actually had eyelash extensions. My only regret is that i bought a package with them that i now have to use rather than going somewhere else for a better service.
