Stratstone Jaguar at Houghton-le-Spring, are extremely efficient, friendly and courteous. The receptionist, Hayley, has been able to solve any problems and queries that I have had, above and beyond what I would expect. When I had an issue with my car's alarm going off, she sent a mechanic to my home to resolve problem. I was really impressed with this level of service! The parts department are great too. Ordering parts, and telephoning next morning to say they were in stock.Even giving handy tips on how to utilise the part successfully. Overall fabulous service.
I had great service from Stratstone Sunderland. My warranty repair wasn’t straight forward and Hayley arranged everything for me including a courtesy car for a whole week so we could go on our holiday as was planned. I can’t thank them enough and what started as an extremely stressful situation for me was 100% stress free.
An outstanding service from start to finish. Both Graham, who coordinated the repair, and Hayley who managed the front office aspect were first class. Efficient, courteous and professional. A real pleasure to deal with. The car was booked in despite the busy period and heavy workload, and the team managed to turn it around in quick time. At all times, I was given updates and precise costing breakdown - in fact they were able to optimise the cost by using approved parts. There is also an online function where I was able to monitor the progress. As a further bonus, they performed a free “health check” on the car… which included a video from the technician and also cleaned it. I also got a coffee… I would highly recommend all users to use Stratstone at Stoneygate. I certainly will be using this service exclusively going forward. Thank you so much Hayley and Graham. It is appreciated!
Took my car in for air con recharge today, staff couldn't have been more helpful, Deb and Kay looked after me really well, offering me coffees, keeping me updated on how the work was going, even got my car washed! Excellent customer service, thanks to all

The service provided was impeccable, my car was brought in with a few software issues that required a replacement unit, the car was in for quite a few weeks while the garage relayed with jaguar but my service advisor Debbie kept me informed everyday ringing to let me know of any changes or updates even if there wasn't any just to let me know. She even relayed with the garage i bought the car from to keep them informed saving me the job, 100% would recommend.
Booked vehicle in for second service, the lady who booked me in Debbie was very professional and so pleasant, kept me informed all day with updates of service. Brian and another lady who checked me out was very friendly too, can highly recommend stratstone and their team, keep up the good work
Problem with a knocking noise when 40 mph through to 70 mph. Booked car in at H le Spring and from dropping car off at 8.30 Kay looked after me friendly informative 1st class service through to Workshop Manager pinpointing issue straight away. Very happy with garage experience from start to finish
After purchasing my first Range Rover Sport in 2021, I was left feeling quite disappointed with my experience at the Land Rover dealership it was not a Stratstone dealer, but won't name the dealer. I was treated rather badly, and my high regard for the Land Rover brand was soured. However, since this initial experience, my faith in the Land Rover brand has been massively restored thanks to the service from the team at the Houghton-le-Spring Stratstone JLR Service Centre. Their customer service is absolutely top notch, with a very friendly interaction every time, and they're happy to give you top quality advice. Any work carried out is done swiftly, to a high standard, and they keep you informed throughout the process. The usual touch of a courtesy clean of your vehicle is always welcome, too! Ultimately, I could not fault them one bit, and I am thankful to have them as my local Service Centre.
Excellent service. Booked my vehicle in for annual service, called for price and availability, the price quoted was the price charged. The collection and delivery service offered is excellent, my vehicle was returned on time and had been cleaned inside and out. Highly recommend
