Use this centre for both cars and can’t recommend enough. Customer service is excellent, I have dealt with Kaye on a couple of occasions now and she always goes the extra mile to ensure all needs are met. Todays trip was for a service and a repair job to my rear door which unfortunately got damaged due to a stone in a polish cloth however great advice given by the service manager resulted in the full car being sorted so as not to look like it had an odd door black metallic , at a great price too. They also managed to get all the work done in 1 day even though the paint work repair was not booked on. First class !! Picture shows rear door and how the treatment has revitalised the rest of the paint work
We would like to thank Hayley and the team so much. We were in a very difficult situation on our way up to Scotland. She got the car seen and fixed and was so welcoming to us and our dog. Superb member of staff, real asset to your company. Thank you

I have used this Jaguar service since 2014 a d it has been excellent. Prices are very competitive and they are always flexible to ensure that specific maintenane/repairs needs are met. I have dealt with Brian and Deb since 2014 and more recently with Hayley and they are very professional and meticulous. I am relocating to Edinburgh but hoping to find a service that matches my experience with Houghton-le-Spring Jaguar service centre. I would recommend them anytime. Eddie
I needed a copy of the service history for my 2016 Evoque and unfortunately when I attended the dealership, the local area had suffered a power cut. Hayley on the service desk was very helpful, took my details and contacted me the following day, informing me that everything had been printed off and was ready for collection. Very helpful and friendly. I was even treat to a complimentary coffee on my return. Thanks for your help Hayley.
A pleasure to visit today the new drive in service centre, straight in and into a warm welcome, a quick coffee in the warm while the car is checked in and taken to the service bays, while you relax in the new cafe / service area
This is my third visit and on every occasion the service has been excellent. All of the team members are very polite, friendly and professional, in particular Kay,who always does what she says she will do and the work done by the technicians is also excellent.

Just had my wife's 6 year old discovery sport in for a new steering rack fitted FOC and the service i received was first class Brian Graham Kept me informed all the way through the process and the car was immaculate when i collected it.
