Good shop lots of choices and canny prices, staff helpful.
Uncomfortable visit from start to finish. Horrible experience from start to finish-Staff and security guard were like vultures, I was watched and trailed by 3 staff members and the security guard, as I talked to one member of staff, I was trying to buy a birthday present fragranceI was polite, and left and wouldn’t be back. I walked 2 minutes and entered Boots and bought my fragrance there, staff in boots were lovely, accommodating, and I felt at ease.
The store did not issue a receipt for the purchase today. The staff members came up with some lame excuse ! Terrible service….Would not recommend.
Assistant sold me the wrong item. She told Me it was 65 pounds. Went to checkout and it was 35. She said oh it just be on sale. Now I have an item I don't need now opened Won't go back.
Wanted an inexpensive perfume to get me by whilst in Newcastle. The member of staff that helped me was extremely knowledable in respect of all fragrances and found me an inexpensive, lovely perfume, she was so patient and helpful
