£25 to plug a machine in for literally 5 mins whilst I stood there and the problem was neither solved or diagnosed great value , I must say though I know people who really rate this garage I may have just hit them at a bad time , Ben

Ordered parts without checking if I was happy to pay the price. Also very rude when questioning about the price. Told me a price that didn't include any VAT so price was actually £50 more than agreed. Spoken to other mechanics and been told they overcharged me.
