Stornoway Bed and Breakfast offers guest house accommodation on a quiet backstreet in Stornoway town centre from two properties, 29 and 32 Kenneth Street. We are within a couple of minutes walk of both the ferry and bus terminals.

After some initial confusion that lead to us seeking assistance from the wonderful woman running the hostel next-door, we were met by Rachel who was lovely and very apologetic. The room was beautiful and the shower was great. Slept really well and breakfast the next morning was excellent.

The room was extremely well presented, beds comfortable and shower and toilet spotless. There was a secure shed for pedal cycles to be put. Plenty of facilities for tea, coffee making etc around. Were welcomed by Rachel who was very helpful and a pleasure to meet. She contacted me during the day to find our arrival time, which is a nice touch. Although we couldn't sample the cooked breakfast as we were catching the early ferry, there was plenty of cereal, bread etc for a good breakfast. People self catering have a good kitchen in which to cook.

It felt like coming home and getting spoilt and I'm looking forward to be back again next year for a few times and Rachel is just a star and soooo lovely and helping you with everything she can help with. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and wishing you a Happy prosperous 2018.
