Stayed here before catching the ferry back to the mainland.nThe hotel is good, our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful, especially as our room wasn't ready when we arrivednWe decided to eat in the hotel and were pleased we had. A very good three course carvery style buffet with exceptional dessert choicenNot much of a bar area, but it's a short walk into the town centre where there are quite a few bars, picking a decent one is a challenge but one worth taking on.nnDefinitely would stay here again if in stornaway.
This is an unpretentious hotel but the receptionist was friendly and efficient and my room was excellent. The hotel is dog-friendly, which was necessary as my daughter was travelling with her small pooch. The hotel is clean, with modern facilities. It is in a central position, and I would happily stay here again.
Charged £440 for a room fot 2 nights NO BREAKFAST ROOM NEVER GOT MADE UP AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT then took another £250 out of my account without speaking to me or letting me know the place is a dump the manager is rude avoid at all costs. Wish I never stayed here £690 for 2 nights ABSOLUTE CROOKS
Room looking into wall. Lots of noise from function in bar below. Very good food.
Accommodated us at a last minute booking. Nice place with small cosy rooms. Plenty of parking in car park and very central
