Poor. They fitted me a new battery and they said they had checked the phone and it was working fine then I get home put it up for sale someone wants to buy but the phones battery still doesn’t work.

I took back a broken item purchased at this store. I found the young woman who dealt with my complaint to be curt and dismissive. She inferred that by using the product I had caused it to break/have worn areas.
I will not use this shop again and advise others to avoid it. She directed me elsewhere with my complaint but added that even if it was one of their products then they would not cover any item older than 6 months. 
She added that "We don't stock those anymore so, even if we were prepared to replace it we wouldn't be able to."
Very poor customer service. Notwithstanding the fact that they may have been unable/unprepared to help, an apology costs nothing.

Phoned and asked if they had any apple pencils ... they had loads apparently.  Asked if they could keep one but assured there was no point as they so many.  Went in to buy one but told they've sold out. Great service storm front.  Seriously disappointed in the service! Won't be going back anytime soon.

Booked 2 20 minute slots for 4 of my appliances. The staff were very helpful and managed to sort all of my issues out! It was originally frustrating not being able to just take my iPad in to be fixed - however their system in place works when you follow their instructions and book the electronics in. 
It was he busy Christmas period and they managed to get everything fixed within 24 hours!

I am an elderly lady and I found the Staff at Stormfront, Bury St Edmunds extremely helpful and showed a great deal of patience towards me.  I had (by rushing and not really concentrated) 'jammed the SIM card' in my new iPhone 5s. The 'lads' went 'out of their way' and were very professional, polite and efficient.  Thank you so much 'everyone' for all your help :)
