Came in looking for washing machine a month ago, after seeing on the company website. Had big trouble with Hughes!!! The asian girl I musnt remember her name was really VERY great. She listen to everything and is a real compassion colleague. It is super rare to have patient and empathetic customer service in low end shop but I was surprise! I want to visit again just to receive same service!
Last week I visited Currys in Bury St. Edmunds for help with an Apple iPhone not charging. Matt listened attentively to the description of the fault then went away to test options. He explained that the cable was worn so replaced it. Charging now started. Back home I attempted to fully charge the device. Charging did not take place so I returned the next day with all the equipment that I had used. In Matt's absence, I spoke with Tom. Again an attentive approach with articulate explanations and the decision that the adapter was faulty. This was replaced.nnI was so impressed with both Matt and Tom. They were both attentive, articulate and courteous. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I shall return to Currys. Many thanks
Just bought an OLED TV from this store. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted so asked for help. Jack went over and beyond to take us through all the options. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful without putting any pressure. The experience made me much more likely to buy from this Currys store again.
Visited the store this afternoon with my sister who wanted to buy a fridge/freezer and washing machine. The service that we both received from the employee Matt was outstanding. We explained there was a budget and he went above & beyond to help my sister. Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us so much time & help! We left the store with having booked the delivery for next week. Seriously cannot recommend Matt enough! He is definitely a 10/10 and a huge credit to Curry’s! Thank you Matt.
We purchased a new 65 inch tv from this store, Matt was an outstanding member of staff, he was knowledgeable, helpful and certainly put us at ease. We can’t recommend Matt highly enough his manner and polite nature went above and beyond our expectations.The tv was great too !
