Horrible service, store Doesn't answer the phone. When they do you tell you one thing and then later say another. Called store for 5 hours with not a single colleague picking up. Tried to reserve a desktop not found online. Wouldn't answer the phone when connected through PC World customer services. When you do finally get through to someone they promise you one thing, take your name and number to contact you and the next day essentially accuse you of lying and trying to say they never promised that. Absolutely abysmal service and professionalism.

I visit this Currys frequently. Staff always very helpful and invariably cheaper than anywhere else. Carphone Warehouse are first class. Charismatic and extremely helpful and they've taught me so much about phones. I seem to always leave there laughing. I save significant money on almost every visit. Recently changed energy provider in Currys, saving £215 per year. I'm going back to Carphone in January for an even bigger saving on fibre broadband.

SPADE A SPADE .. spent 45 minutes in store in the hope that a member of staff would ask me if I needed help .. I did need help they didn’t ask in fact two members of staff walked straight past me! I left .. going to Hughes somebody told me you pay a little more but the customer service is excellent.

Just rude. I asked for assistance and the member of staff said (inarticulately) "Like, I'm kinda in the middle of something at the moment" as though it was a huge imposition by me. Hughes for me in the future, the staff are polite and knowledgeable, and the service is excellent.

'"No We don't answer the phone" from central customer support. "No we don't answer emails from central Customer support" This is what I was happily told by Billy at check out after spending 3 sessions on the phone to customer support to find out if my item that I had paid for had come into the store for pick up yet. Each phone call took over 30 minutes of wait time trying to get through to customer support, each time they could not get through to the store to ask the question on my behalf - each time they said they would send and email which the manager would definitely respond to . The store Never responded to the emails. So we made the 36 mile round rip to find out ourselves if the overdue items were there ... ... and this is where we were told the store policy of never answering calls or emails from customer support. Unbelievably bad service - unbelievably bad attitude of staff. For a purveyor of high tec goods you would have though a simple stock check system and auto text would work and if things are delayed an alarm for staff to update things - even an answer phone would help - and I know where one can be bought ........ now who shall I recommend !
