Bought a phone in August. Staff extremely helpful when choosing the correct handset. Loved the pho e but it developed a known issue. Took it back and the staff (same staff memeber) was very helpful. The problem (not known at time of purchase) was identified and I was immediately offered an explanation, full refund or equivilant contribution to another phone. If there was a 6 star rating, they would get it. Staff are very knowledgeable, passionate about what they do and genuine in their desire to help. Thanks guys.

Aleays very helpful and long standing staff. Pricey compared to website but some good bargains in the sales sometimes.
