I went in to buy a speaker as a present, and felt that the customer service was excellent. I didn't really know what I was looking for and the staff member who helped me, James, was very professional, extremely helpful and patient with me while I made my decision and asked lots of questions. I would highly recommend.

Over the years i have bought many electrical goods from Hughes and their service has always been spot-on. I researched the internet for a television and soundbar decided what i needed and went into the shop, the shop assistant Richard impressed me with his knowledge WOW. Different from a lot of other shops. So much that i bought a television and soundbar. I am well happy. Top marks Richard. Once again a big big thanks to Nick who solved my problem which i thought was going to be impossible to solve. He took the time to sort the problem and he did. Just shows how good this privately owned company is. Top marks Nick.

Nice shop with plenty of gadgets, appliances and electrical goods. The staff are very friendly, if not a little invasive the second you walk into the shop. Prices are what you would expect for a normal high Street electrical shop, nothing cheap, but nothing I would consider unreasonably expensive. I personally recommend taking a look at their various rental deals, they do Tv's, games consoles, fridges and freezers. The list could go on to be fair. Worth a visit, 4 stars!

Purchased a Samsung television from a kind young man named Jack, was very helpful in explaining how to use each of the features on the tv, helpful for a technophobe like me lol Will return for any other electrical items in future Kind regards Elizabeth Arcott
