Excellent customer service by all the staff especially Sophie. Very impressed with the video they do of your car when they service it. They also wash and valet your car at no extra charge. Our one year breakdown cover was due to expire and they renewed it giving us an extra years cover, again at no extra charge. Coffee was supplied too. Never known any garage to have such impeccable outstanding performance as this garage. Would highly recommend to everyone to take their vehicles there. You will me amazed as much as we were. They go that extra mile. How favourite garage and will return.

Great service by the whole team, especially Steve who took great care of me and got me a great deal on a new Sportage. Absolutely love the car and was kept informed along each step of the process.

Great service start to finish no high pressure sales made very welcome by Steve who helped us get the right car within our budget and manager Jack who was a pleasure to deal with everything explained in detail before we signed paperwork very happy with car.a Kia Venga will definitely be dealing with them in the future.

My car was repaired by Stoneacre as a result of another driver's vehicle causing damage. The repair was arranged by her insurer. Whist the repair itself seems to be of a high standard I cannot say the same about the customer service. I was promised the car would be returned by noon yesterday (3rd April 2018) to my workplace so in good faith arranged for the replacement hire car to be returned. As my car was not returned by noon I telephoned Stoneacre at 13:15 to be told they had an issue with a broken down delivery truck but that my car would be returned soon. At 16:15 no contact from Stoenacre so i called again. I was then told my car was still with them but would be on the way by 17:00. The delivery driver eventually returned my car at 17:35. At no point did anyone from Stoneacre call me to let me know the situation which it turns out was somewhat different to waht I was told. Apparently Stoenecare had subcontracted deliveries to another firm and at 16:00 they told Stoneacre that my car would not be delivered so Stoneacre called in a member of their staff to complete teh delivery (he was very pleasant and efficient for which I thank him). One other point of concern is that I have a dashcam fitted which was disconnected and left hanging by its power cable which was itself disconnected from my car. I can see no reason why this would have been necessary as the repairs were to the rear of my car. Also on my way home the low tyre pressure warning was activated, which may or may not be coincidental but to someone with a suspicious nature this could imply that my vehicle was perhaps "used" whist in the care of Stoneacre without my knowledge. For these reasons I would not (unless forced to by a third party's insurer) use this Company.

We visited the Kia Durham branch hoping to view a particular car that we had seen listed online but we found it had already sold. We met with Steve who helped us look at other options without any pressure and he found us a car that was even nicer than the one we had come to view. We are really happy with our new kia and the service we recieved from stoneacre. We will definitely be returning when it's time to upgrade again. Thank you.
