I have purchased product from Grand River before but never have i had such a bad experience. I bought their bagged granite pebble product and was very disappointed by the quality, absolutely bottom of the barrel stuff. I bought 15 of these bags that contained at least a bag or two worth of sand. Wasted so much time just sifting through the sand!!!! frustrating!!!! The picture shows the amount of sand from just one bag.
We had 20 skids of bricks delivered to our lot by Reece Rogers. Reece was very friendly, professional and did an excellent job unloading and placing the skids in a muddy, confined area. Thank you so much. Victoria
Went in to look at their clearance products. The guy serving customers was extremely rude and made it quite clear that he did not want to serve me. Not sure why when I witnessed him being very very nice to the couple he served ahead of me. When I asked him if there was a problem, he blew up and told me I should leave, then said he was getting the manager. I said OK fine. She came out and apologized for his behaviour and we discussed the various stones and options in a professional friendly manner, no issues with her at all. Hate to say it but this felt like discrimination. Not impressed with his behaviour to say the least, he should not be serving customers. I went in looking for rocks, not a rock-head!
We had a problem with one of our in-lite garden lights. I went into the London store to see if we could get the part we needed or to see if we had to buy a whole new light. We were greeted at the counter with smiles and a “how could we help” The front person went and got Annalee Rudi and I explained that I needed only the threaded piece to the light system. Annalee told me to take a picture of the threaded piece and send it to her and she would look into it for us. I received a text couple days later that she had the part. Great job.
Wow! This is an incredible place to work with, even during these "unprecedented times" when the yard was closed. I worked with Annalee and Carolyn via e-mail to help me find the perfect product. Josh assisted me when I needed a quick solution, and really impressed me when I came for curbside pickup with his friendly, efficient manner. The two men that helped me load up the truck I am sorry that I did not get their names, but they were phenomenal with their care and customer service. I will be a repeat customer for sure. Thank you to all of you for making this an easy process.
Great experience working with Grand River. Everyone I spoke with, from ordering to organizing delivery and pallet return, was professional and helpful. They have a great selection of different pavers, and they were great in helping us with multiple orders as our project grew! Would definitely work with them again in the future.
One of the best places to shop for landscaping products. They are very friendly they load even smaller items in your car. If buying in bulk the delivery prices are great they don't charge per item but all item you pay one price delivery very nice. I Will always order my soil, mulch and pea gravel from them.
Very helpful and friendly service. Had exactly what I needed from just a photo. Something other landscaping places in London were unable to do. I will only shop here for all of my landscaping needs. Reasonable prices that are lower than the competition too!
After emailing with them and determining that they should have what I need, I went to the yard with my husband. We walked around for about 10 minutes, and then tried to find a staff member to get assistance from. We tried outside for about 5 minutes then went into the store area and stood around for almost 10 minutes. There was 1 staff that we could see, who was with someone and we could hear 2 other people talking and laughing in a backroom, but at no point did anyone talk to us. After almost 30 minutes on property, we left, still not speaking to a single employee.
I was working on a large backyard patio project with stone wall and firepit. I visited a few stone shops to get a quote. The customer service was the best here compared with the other places I've visited: there were many staff working, able to answer all my questions, and someone was on the lot to show us around. Their stones were slightly cheaper than other places but their sand/gravel slightly more. When I received my shipment, I noticed a few days later that one of pallets of stone was the wrong colour; within an hour of calling them about the mistake, a truck showed up and brought me a pallet of the correct colour and picked up the wrong pallet!
