Really helpful, friendly and efficient travel agent, with unfailingly lovely staff. They were so helpful when Covid hit, dealing with cancelled holidays, refunds and testing once travel started back up. However, I am so glad that I booked through Steaart Travel in last few days - as they got me vital information for my transit through Dubai. Having seen, first hand, the c hgaos there, the advice they gave when none was coming from the airline, got me home safely and fairly efficiently . So very glad i booked through them! Thank you.

Recommended a holiday to a resort that was going into liquidation when we arrived. Probably easily the worst holiday we have ever had. Their efforts at compensation were risible and we won't go back to be fleeced again. I would advise doing a lot of homework before giving this business your valuable money.
