Not the best experience as a first time buyer. Got passed around the office and got told wrong info/or not being told info because of that. Got given 3 different quotes at the beginning of how much the service will be. Great at getting in contact when they want money for the searches. Also since buying the property, trying to contact them is near impossible to get through to them. Please don't use them if your a first time buyer, it will make your experience a nightmare.

Stephensons Solicitors help us buy our first home. Professional service. Helpful team. There was no phone call or email left without answer. Strongly recommend!!!!

Very friendly and down to earth. Basically not stuck up.

We bought our house with Stephensons and they were very helpful along the process. The only small criticism is that we felt they could have hurried the process along a bit more but apart from that we felt they offered a good service.
