Absolutely shocking, didn't bother to try and get a redemption figure for a house I was purchasing until the day of completion, needless to say the completion didn't go through, thus costing me transfer fees, interest, taking a week off work to work on the property in question, along with other lossess due to their negligence.

Well done Noel, hope you enjoyed your holiday after leaving us all in a mess losing money, hope Matthew gives you the sack upon return but probably not as he wasn't most helpful either.

I hope you enjoy the one star review just as much as I've enjoyed dealing with you.

Joke of a firm. Extremely unprofessional cowboys. They even put on their website how much they love arguing. Have no understand of law or professionalism. Can barely write a proper letter.

We had to deal with them when we were selling our house. To say they were useless is a total understatement. It was a cash sale as there was no forward chain yet it took the best part of 3 months to sort. They were exceptionally poor at communicating any kind of information and kept losing information provided to them. If you are selling your house and the buyer is using them good luck as they are a total joke.
