Me and my wife have just completed our house sale through JMW Solicitors. What an amazing, fast, hassle free service I was provided. The communication was brilliant, always willing to give guidance or explain things without hesitation. Thank you to Lana for your amazing work throughout and thankyou to the rest of the team. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a solicitor and I will most certainly be using JMW in the future.

Myself and my wife used JMW solicitors for a recent house sale and house purchase and couldn't be happier with them. They were proactive, excellent with their communication, and perfectly willing to provide guidance and support for anything we didn't understand. We used JMW for completing the sale and purchase of our old and new house. We could not praise Lana Parker-Yates enough for the work she did to get us sold and into our new property. We had difficulties with both our buyers and sellers, but Lana was able to help guide us and solve as many of the issues as she could, even requesting documents herself to ensure we were not homeless with a 5 week old baby. All in all we would highly recommend JMW and Lana specifically due to her determination, knowledge and kindness.

Craig was really helpful in getting our house move through in a short space of time. Our initial property fell through and JMW were responsive enough to help us secure a second property before our mortgage offer expired, which was particularly important given the current uncertainty in the UK mortgage arena. We are both very grateful, and we recommend using JMW.

We used JMW when selling our parents house. The service they provided was professional and personable and I genuinely felt that our best interests were being taken care of. We dealt entirely with Beth Kirkham and I can't speak highly enough about how she dealt with our sale. Beth kept us informed throughout the process, chased people when she needed to and was always available to answer our many queries. Thanks Beth, you've been a star and you represent JMW admirably.

This is the second time I've used JMW for their conveyancing services, and I'd recommend them to anyone. Fast communication, helpful advice and overall a very smooth process from start to finish. A special mention goes to Craig who was incredibly knowledgeable and great to work with!

Jessica Cheng at JMW Solicitors was absolute brilliant on our purchase. So far a very poor experience of conveyancing for a home purchase. Generally difficult to get hold of. Having been assured last week by our solicitor that he would send us his final report in time for a completion date a week later, it never turned up. He is on holiday now and his colleagues seem none the wiser, potentially setting back the completion date for all parties.  Perhaps in the coming days JMW will be able to redeem itself.

I would like to start my review by giving my solicitor Rob a huge thank you, He has been wonderful through out always kept me updated from start to finish also provided me with the best legal advice through out and I honestly couldn't thank him enough he is a credit to the company, very honest also a very professional approach through out all interactions with him and always kept my mind at ease which of course helped me massively through out the process and got me the outcome I could of only dreamed of. Once again thank you Rob & JMW solicitors would highly recommend. 5 stars from me outstanding.

Jodie and her team have been brilliant! Many challenges and delays have occured but the teams consistency, communication and drive definitely helped see it through!  Looking forward to continuing business with this firm!  We've used many different solicitors in the past and can definitely say this has been one of the best experienced thus far!
