I was contacted by a "professional" from here after a car accident and asked if I would like to claim compensation, I said I may want to.

The professional said ok and asked a couple of questions.  We got to the accident and the professional said explain what happened so I said " there is a long straight road from Ashton to Manchester with various side roads and it is all contolled by traffic lights.  The lights went green so I, and others started to join this long straight road, a vehicle at the lights of the long straight road shot a red and swerving to avoid the car next to me hit my car" the professional asked "what type of road is it" I said a long straight one" the professional said " I am from Sheffield so dont know this road so how would you describe that road to me?" I said " A LONG STRAIGHT ROAD" the professional said "I am trained to ask these questions and its not clear what road it was?"
I HUNG UP!
Incidently when I said the Long straight road I also told him the type of road it was and the road layout and it was the A365.

Never ever consider this place.. lack of professionalism and overall shocked how they are still operating.. thanks for wasting my time

One of the Worst Solicitors I've had to deal with....10 years on to no result & to get told best to change our QC because his "Heart is not in the case" Make as you with wish with that comment. AVOID AT ALL COST GO ELSE WHERE.
