Can't understand why this surgery closes at 1pm on Thursday under the current situation with viral illness in children. I rang this morning and they said that they were full and they could see me on Monday I'd get better service in Kaboul.
I have been a patient for almost three years and I cannot fault any of the doctors or staff. Dr Clare, Dr Fiona and Dr Pat are all brilliant and have taken good care of my family with all our minor and more serious medical issues. The staff are always friendly, helpful and responsive.
I am still attending Dr. Fiona even though I move out of the area. Its been 15 years for me in ireland and around 12 years with Fiona after I lost hope to find a good GP. She is very attentive to my whole family and I could not recommend her highly enough. Thanks so much, for caring and for everything else!
I have visited Fiona Grant today, with blocked ears due to Sunday travel by plane. I have explained I have been unwell for last 3 weeks. She looked into my ears and gave me prescription for an antibiotics even though I am already taking the very same one which I explained. No interest why I have been sick at first place. No check beyond looking into ear. Entire visit took around 7 min and costed €65. I was shocked when she handed me prescription this is how quick it was. That was her only advice beside taking otrivine for next flight, Even my cat gets a more detailed check at the vet. But maybe my vet job is his vocation.
I changed from a previous GP and was dealing with an on going issue. Fiona G. took a new approach recommended some alternative idea's and really helped my road to recovery.
I think all the staff are great here.very friendly,helpfull and expeirenced.doctors,nurses and receptionests.glad im in stepaside.
