Professional experience in the practice but.. never answering the phone for 2 days in a row and not replying to emails is unacceptable for a paid private service. You’re gonna apologise and say “it’s been busy” but that does not make it better for the business..
Fantastic experience. Great staff, they really are fabulous. Got my results there and then with a more detailed report to follow. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
