I tried, for over a year, to get my money back from GP NOW, and having told me they'd "look into it", I had no further contact from them. I did try, through the courts, to make them accountable, but by the time the letter was sent to the Templeogue branch, which I was a member of, they had closed the doors and changed the name of the company, thus rendering my summons null and void. I would have to start again, with their new name. Untrustworthy and would never recommend joining this service.
Have paid a 10-year membership fee of approximately €1,000. And sinse then I had never heard nothing from the company. The clinic was closed and all medical records of our family just gone. I have no words to describe everithing I feel. Just unimaginable situation.
Have just tried to make an appointment and the next available appointment in Sandyford is 8.00pm on Friday night. I now have to go and pay for an appointment with another doctor, so paying up front is not a good idea. If I did not need a doctor until Friday then I wouldn't be looking for an appointment for today or tomorrow. I won't be renewing my subscription not worth the money, especially when you have to pay to see a doctor outside of gpnow as they can't see you. Receptionist not very helpful even when I said that there I would not be renewing my subscription, don't care attitude is what came across. Better of paying to go to a proper Doctor's clinic...
Dr. Regan is the best. He provides holistic care, treating the whole body and not just the one symptom. He is also very perceptive and I never feel rushed. Prompt service considering you can be waiting in some surgeries up to an hour. Best decision I've ever made to make him my GP.
If you want awful treatment then go to GP Now Sandyford. They may give you a time for your appointment but it means nothing. You could be waiting min over an hour to be seen and frequently you will get forgotten about in the queue system. They over book and double book appointments. It's always a stressful wait in the reception thinking "have they forgotten about me again?" I don't think I have ever seen the same doctor twice and the doctors do not take blood samples or do any thing useful other than write scripts. For this you need to make a appointment with the nurse which you may have to wait two weeks for. I was also told by one doctor that he doesn't deal with women's problems and won't take smears either. It's a terrible service.
Experienced the worse treatment ever here today! Actually should say no treatment! Myself, your nurse Karen, the doctor and several other patients standing outside in the freezing cold for over 2 hours waiting for the surgery to be opened and no one arrived. I will be taking this matter further and reporting your surgery. Absolute disgrace
Hard to get an appointment when needed, been suffering from thyroid many years and every time i go the doctors dont seem to know what doses to give, or medication! Doctors change often and they dont know your history well... would not recommend going there.
Rubbish place very poor service you will be lucky to even get them to answer their phone, once you've managed to get an appointment the doctor will just rush you not give sufficient advice and within 5 minutes your out the door with a prescription that you may or may not need....will never go here again and I advise you no to either !!
Very handy service, always seen promptly, has saved us a fortune when our two year old was persistently sick.
Alert Alert! What a sham! They left like thieves in the night from Sandyford nearly a year ago - but still siphon your funds via SEPA - What a scandal there must be at least hundreds without access to their medical records - they changed their spots to NetDrNow but impossible to get through to them - Its turned out to be a medical scam - and a scandal
