I couldn´t be more disappointed after a serious wrong diagnosis given by phone on the day before Good Friday, having my baby daughter on the lap. Also, after a simple request to post a document, I´ve been asked to come in and collect when I live 35km away. Too bad for a private clinic and a paid service.
