I’m happy I went to this pharmacy, I’ve not been since the days Mr Forbes owned this shop. He was always nice, and willing to help with my mum’s medicine. It’s changed quite a lot since those days. They have a really good selection of products. The member of staff I talked to was welcoming and polite. I went there only because the pharmacy in the village hadn’t got my blood pressure tablets in stock, and have been messing me about each time I went. Here I was gobsmacked that they had them in stock! I was told by the pharmacy in the village that they’d stopped making them. I’ll be using this pharmacy from now on, even though It’s out of my way . The pharmacist seemed genuinely caring, and made time to talk to me about my back problems when I mentioned it, and suggested treatments I’ve not tried. All round excellent service.

They stock my Solgar vitamins, and the pharmacist had really good knowledge of the products. They have a great range. Saves me going into town as they’re a lot cheaper here than in the well known herbal shop I used to get them from.

This pharmacy went above and beyond to get my prescription when my local chemist couldn't be bothered to source an alternative pack size or PI version to fulfill my script. I called them in the morning and picked up the full 6 months worth of medicine by 5:30pm same day. Will use again even though it's across town from me just because they were so so helpful. Thank you.

A life saver! I'd tried 4 chemists for my son's prescription before going to this chemist. My normal chemist didn't have the medication in, and gave us back the prescription, saying there was nothing he could do and to go back to the Drs. (My son can't go without this medication, and my regular pharmacist knows this, but was unwilling to help). We were told by each chemist we went to, that there was a national shortage, and we would struggle to get the medicine, but a couple of the chemists said to try Stenson Road Pharmacy. And they were right! They had it in stock! Such a relief, can't thank them enough. I'll be using this chemist in future, really warm and welcoming, and the pharmacist was really helpful in the advice he gave and cream he suggested for my daughter's eczema. Which has cleared up her eczema! She's had it over a year, and nothing seemed to work from the Drs. So had to write a review to say thank you 😀
