I was signposted here from what was the Walk in on Osmaston Road but is now an urgent treatment centre. When I walked in I was met with a warm smile, the person who served me was really kind and enthusiastic to get my NHS number and make sure I was seen promptly by the pharmacist.nI was guided to a quiet waiting area so I had some privacy while my details were checked.nThe pharmacist was really helpful and understanding and prescribed me antibiotics.nI was there all of 10 minutes, no queue, no hold ups just quick kind knowledgable service. Definitely will go back if I need to be seen and as per usual in England our GP has no appointments.

Called 111 due to my child continuously spiking a temperature and they sent me to Day/Night pharmacy.nAfter a consultation with Pharmacist Harry He prescribed and supplied a course of antibiotics for a chest infection.nI Wasn’t aware this was a service a pharmacy setting could provide & couldn’t recommend it more.nThankyou AgainnHappy Christmas

Very friendly pharmacist called Harry. Very informative.. didn’t wait long to be seen or to receive treatment for my son.. definitely a great option if your not able to get in or see a doctor.. will definitely use again and recommend.

We live in Suffolk and my husband and son went to Derby for the weekend and unfortunately my son left his insulin kit behind. I got an online prescription referral through 111NHS sent through to a local Boots pharmacy. Unfortunately they didn't have the insulin we needed so referred me on to another Boots branch whose phone rang out several times. I tried speaking with Boots customer service but that was a waste of time. Eventually got on to Day Night Pharmacy and from the off Cash couldn't have been more helpful. He checked they had the insulin we needed and when my husband and son turned up in person he helped them with all the necessary paperwork. Cash was a literal lifesaver. My husband said he was so professional and helpful. I really can't recommend this pharmacy enough. They were about to cancel their weekend and come home but Cash saved the weekend from disaster. It would almost be worth travelling up from Suffolk to Derby each time the service was that good.

My ears were blocked and they were starting to hurt . Mr Haroon cleaned them for me . It was fast and painless . I’m happy with my experience with them.
