I nipped in here late at night whilst I was in town. The lady behind the counter who served me was lovely; very polite and helpful. The shelves are well-stocked and there is a vast array of over-the-counter medication on offer. There was a qualified pharmacist on the premises as well. A highly recommended urban chemist's.

I have to say I am really disappointed with the service of this pharmacy! We have been ordering repeat prescriptions for my son once a month since he was 5 months old. My son has a dairy allergy and needs prescription milk. Every month so far, despite ordering over a week in advance, they have failed to deliver the milk on time for 5 out of the 6 times we have ordered it. There is excuse after excuse everytime I ring. I now ring up when we are halfway through our prescription so that we still have some left, however despite doing this I am now down to the last carton, yet again and have no delivery! Last time I rang I was made to feel like it was my fault for not ordering sooner, despite ordering 5 days in advance! Hopefully our prescription will arrive on Monday as trey don't deliver over the weekend and my sons milk will last. This is the last time we will use this service for both paid and unpaid medication.

Great chemist. Staff are polite and helpful. I don't go to any other chemist for any of my needs. They cover just about everything a chemist should :-) !
