Thank you Aftab and your team from Pear Tree Pharmacy for delivering an excellent Covid Vaccination service at the Ikhlas Centre Derby. I had my second vaccination there and found the staff very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I was dealt with very quickly and I saw evidence where the staff there were being very accommodating to the diverse needs of others attending for vaccination.

I recently had my second Covid jab at the Ikhkas Community Centre Derby. The vaccination service is being delivered by Aftab Rehman and his team at Pear Tree Pharmacy. All the team were professional helpful and very friendly.  An excellent service being delivered to the local community.  Thank you to all.

I went for my 2nd vaccine it was perfect, could feel the needle and they informed me about all the relevant side effects. I was attended by Amit a great nice professional.

No words to say how much they have messed my mum around with her medication! She's been constantly stressed everytime she runs out because they don't do their job properly. They are meant to give her 2 days extra in case she runs out according to the doctors which they never have done. AVOID using this pharmacy if your a vunerable adult, they really will be laughing behind your back and cause you more upset and worry!!

Lovely staff, very informative especially Amit who administered our COVID vaccines with great care. Would recommend getting your vaccine here!

Fantastic friendly staff. Always address me by name when i go to pick up my prescription which I really like as it gives it that extra something.  Always courteous, knowledgeable and professional . Always able to take time out to help and advise. I do my prescription online each month and receive a text message from the pharmacy when it's ready to collect. I cannot recommend highly enough. Great Covid vaccine service, friendly staff. We were well taken care of.

We have previously received incorrect medication, alternative sized pills but this is the worst. We were given vital  medication which was out of date by 4 months. This pharmacy is the worst at not only service but also in professionalism. They hire inexperienced and immature people to dispense the medicine. Their attitude to there jobs are the same as the kids who work in primark with the same pride and attention to detail they exhibit in suite.  Worst thing is that the majority of their patients are non english speakers and who knows how many peoleb they give the wrong medicine to or ineffective medication to. Maybe they think they are doing a service to the NHS by purging the low income and illiterate community they serve.
