Was greeted by a friend lady when i walked in. Very knowledgeable in what they are selling. U go into the shop with the idea in buying an item, all questions answered and no trying to sell u insurance and extended warranties. I’d highly recommend Stellisons to anyone.
Very poor customer service. Waited over a month for a repair to be rectified, the washing machine left as a dangerous fire risk with no warning not to use it. Then when eventually repaired, the engineer did not plumb back in correctly, leaving me with water gushing out of the pipework under the cabinets. No response from customer services, despite numerous emails / messages. I did not want to resort to writing public reviews but I gave Stellisons numerous chances to respond to my emails, which they did not. Had to pay another plumber to fix and check. Shame as I would like to support local business but unfortunately I do not recommend Stellisons.
Helpful and well-informed at beginning of the purchase and the Installation engineers were friendly, helpful, and efficient. All good and very pleased.
Needed a cooker as our broke ,tried local to source one from the big boy Corps,not very helpful to say the least , called stellison ,they had plenty in stock ,and very helpful,cooker purchased, fitted ,all up and running,with a five year warranty thank you stellison for being more helpful than your big rivals
Great service and would recommend them .Earlier than expected delivery.
We wanted 5 or 6 appliances and were hoping to get some form of discount or upgrade for spending £000s. Lilly the youngest assistant couldn't do enough to help but her knowledge was limited on some items. Not her fault but the manager couldn't be bothered to even get off his backside and come and speak to us. When I'm spending £4-6k I expect a lot more. Sadly this place fell way too short. We bought elsewhere online and saved a fortune. This place epitomises why people shop online and not locally.
