Absolutely fantastic customer service. Great quality products,have brought lots of items here. Had one small problem and it was dealt with promptly with no fuss. Cannot recommend Rayleigh store enough.
Went in to buy a dishwasher. Firstly we were asked to use hand gel and I was impressed with how well laid out the store was. We were shown exactly what we asked for and compared to the dozens I'd looked at online, the price was amazing. Delivery and installation all booked very easily and all of the staff were so friendly. I will definitely be returning next time I need an electrical item.
Went to buy a cooker today in-store and I was helped by Julie, she was very pleasent and efficient she went out of her way to assist me. Overall my shopping experience was excellent because of her professional ism. I will recommend to friends and family. Well done Julie
After trawling the internet & numerous phone calls to various electrical retailers I was sold when I called spoke to Liam at Rayleigh on the phone. He was friendly & very knowledgeable. On visiting the store I was greeted by the manager Randall who was also friendly and very helpful. Customer service was exceptional Rare these days Price was the best even online Even went that extra mile to squeeze in an urgent delivery. Will definitely be returning to Hughes for any other electrical item required.
The staff at Hughes Electrical Rayleigh are fantastic!! Matthew was very knowledgeable and helpful when I went to buy a washing machine. It was delivered by Randall and Liam who are two of the nicest guys you could possibly meet. All three of them were so polite and helpful ...something so rare it seems in this day and age! I thoroughly recommend them and their Customer Service is second to none! ....something which is sadly lacking at some other electrical retailers! The customer really counts at Hughes! Thank you so much guys!! ...and the new Hoover Washing Machine H3WS495DACGE is great...so pleased with my purchase!
The in store sales assistant was really helpful and not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable of the products and highlighted cheaper models not on display. Delivery guys were also very good. Professional, friendly and quick. Great service and prices. Thoroughly recommended.
Excellent service from wonderful helpful staff. The manager Randall was so helpful with super fast delivery when our fridge packed up. Social distancing measures in place too. Highly recommended! Thanks guys. We'll be back
Huge thank you to the team. They helped my disabled neighbour get a new fridge/freezer to her house on Christmas Eve as her old one had packed up that night. And there were no deliveries available until 28th. They went above and beyond, which we are so grateful for. Thank you.
Very helpful Staff and lots of advice I purchased a fridge Liam delivered to my garage the same day in his car, I was contacted by phone about time of delivery for my fridge freezer which was much appreciated and installed by two kind gentleman wearing masks. Thank you everyone for your advice and professional service.
