Non existent customer service. Spent 20 minutes sorting photos to print, their pc jamed during the print process, however because the delay ran to closing at 17.30 instead of allowing me to try and print again, which came up as an option, I was asked if I wanted to pay their staff for another half hour,  and it was now to late and "we open at 10.00 tomorrow." so they allow customers to waist 45 minutes when their equipment fails, but they can't allow me 2 minutes to try and print again.

Wheelchair accessible friendly and helpful staff prices high but you can always find what you want

Opening times are wrong... actually opens at 8.30am... know this as I have just wasted a 15 minute walk before work this morning

Nice small store, easy for photo development and if you are passing to pick up bits for lunch or a present for someone.
