Great service - we were looking to install a glass balustrade in our house - the lady at the desk came up with ideas that no one had offered us before! Even though it was not a big sale for them the service we had was amazing the glass is great and it saved us a lot of money! I then lost one of the screw caps from the bannister and despite searching online from other retailers I ordered the wrong ones! I emailed Forsyth for the size and they have offered to send them out to me for free! Amazing customer service even several months later.
Ordered new White Mirrored Wardrobe Sliding Doors. Delivery driver was a great help unloading the doors and offering up some fitting details for the install of the bottom rail. I fitted the doors in less than an hour and they look amazing. Great service from the team at Forsyth Glazing. Will definitely use again.
Needed a replacement mirror piece cut. Very quick service at reasonable price. Glass seems good quality survived the journey home. Their showroom had some amazing pieces too.
Very professional trying to sell you items great show room, but when they receive half the deposit for splash back £860 they lost interest in continuing there professionalism. I was told someone would be in contact to arrange home visit, had to visit showroom 1 week later to ask why I hadn’t received phone call was told they would call me waited another 4 days before receiving call and when I did receive call the chap on the call was very disrespectful Declanand even offered me my deposit back if I wasn’t happy. Felt as though £1650 purchase was chicken feed to them and they where not interested in my business. Supposedly coming to measure splash back today between 9-12 still not arrived or even given courtesy call to say running late. Update call 10mins to 12 saying there van broke down after calling showroom to find out what was going on then been told not making it today So day wasted and expected to take another day off work to suit them. Let down before job even started. I have told them to forget it I will take my business where it is appreciated and give me back my full deposit. Very very disappointed if they showed as much interest to there customers as they do there show room they would do a lot better.
Forsyth Glazing supplied and fitted my bespoke shower screen in Nov 2019. They did a fantastic job, from quoting to measuring and installing. Workmanship was top quality and it fitted like a glove. I should have posted this review at the time and didn't manage to. Recently I thought the door was sticking a bit; they were out within a week and have made it good as new....turned out the door seals just needed adjusted. So great long term customer service and customer commitment as well. THANK YOU.
One of my glazed panels were slightly too large, the guys at Forsyth were brilliant, polished it down to the correct size while I waited
We placed an order for a bespoke splashback mid covid and were told from the outset that it would take approx 8 weeks. We paid half the balance at booking and a fitter was sent to Measure the area for accuracy. Once this was done we paid the balance and it was ordered. When it arrived they called to inform us and gave us a window for fitting. The night before the sales office called and narrowed the time down which was helpful. On the day of fitting they arrived on time and were professional and the job was done efficiently. We are beyond pleased with the result and thankful that Forsyth could bring our vision to life. Highly recommended

Very very very expensive. Dont get me wrong the mirrors and other items are lovely but. Hey not at that price. Its Glasgow not Buckinghamshire
Bought 2 large pieces of toughened glass from here recently for a large vivarium I'm fixing up, VERY impressed with the quality - millimetre perfect! Excellent service, delivered as promised and for a very reasonable price too... Highly recommended
