I went to this store for the first time to buy a yoghurt maker This is a very large store with loads of items to choose from. The staff are friendly enough. The store is on the first floor just as you come off the escalator, everything bought from Lakeland comes with a three year warranty.
Went in to get Christmas treats bags for sweets and candy. Also get a we look round at what's available in the way of gifts. Got what I came in for. Very helpful and friendly.
I bought items on line but I had misinterpreted the items' description. I phoned the shop, and to resolve the matter quickly I went there in person with relevant documentation. The two shop assistants there sorted it out pleasantly, efficiently, and without fuss. Very happy, and will continue to buy quality items from Lakeland.
First time in the store today and the 2 ladies were amazing as they were interested in what I was doing with the items I purchased jam making items. I also work in retail and had a very bad day. They restored my faith in human nature. So Thankyou Ladies.
Uninterested, snooty, arrogant staff, can’t be bothered with their customers... even though customer in question was CLEARLY LABELLED with a hidden disability lanyard, that STILL wasn’t good enough. That tears it! I am going to start going elsewhere when I need cake stuff, this is the THIRD bad experience I have had in this branch. It’s ABSOLUTELY EXTORTIONATE and when on a fixed income there are cheaper options. And no I don’t want to talk about my experience!
My friend and I were in Lakeland today Saturday 17th Sept. We were served by a young girl called Kirsten who was the most helpful girl I ever had the pleasure to meet. Her helpfulness and eagerness were truly amazing. Please give her a great big thank you and I hope when I'm in Lakeland again I get her to serve me.
A big thank you to Catherine who helped me find the pots i wanted then helped carry our shopping to the car this morning. I would have struggled. Thank you Catherine!
Staff were very helpful in looking for products. Maggie with the yellow glasses was very friendly and helpful.
I recently found myself laden with shopping including duvet, 4 pillows, pillowcases and two shoeracks from lakeland in buchanan galleries in glasgow as well as items from other stores and wondering how i would manage to get out of the galleries to the nearest taxi rank. I was very pleasantly surprised when one of the staff offered to accompany me and carry half of my shopping. Thank you so much!
Was in you glasgow store today was a bit disappointed in the staff member who served me was not as good as you usual ladies he never asked if need a bag or if I had a lakeland card found him this not as pleasant as you usual ladies
