A wonderful store and extremely helpful and friendly team. Shortly after purchasing an expensive coffee machine it unfortunately broke however Amanda store manager resolved this very quickly and gave the sort of quality customer service which many shops have lost nowadays. I will certainly be returning very soon!
A wonderful kitchen shop with very attentive staff. A shop full of everything you could need for your kitchen and they provide a very personal wedding list too. Price matching is available on everything they offer so long as it is with a store with similar values/ levels of Quality eg John Lewis, House of Fraser, Harrods or Lake-land. Import a wide selection of Japanese Knives, and ares sole UK traders for Yaxell, a hand made Damascus steel knife which is my particular favorite. Ask for David or the assistant manager and they will tell you all you need to know about them or maybe let you try them out. Cant recommend the store more.
My wife asked where a product is made in - got answer "USA". When asked again "are you sure it's not made in China?" the guy said "yes, it's made in USA". Bought it, came home and guess what? MADE IN CHINA!!! They are selling cheap Chinese stuff for a lot of money and have no idea at all what is it! Avoid this store!
I absolutely love this shop, I cannot walk pass it, I have to wander in for a browse, which usually means spending money. Good job I don't go into town too often!
