Visited Guildford store on Monday 6th March. We were not acknowledged by any member of staff and no one asked if we needed any assistance. I was seeking an outfit for a wedding, preferably dress and small jacket. Hobbs new collection had such dresses to my liking on their website. Comfortably i would have liked to try on an 18, only 1x 16 in one of the new collections. Very disappointed with the Hobbs experience and on a personal view one sales lady looked very misdressed wearing an outfit far too short for her age. Not good for the selective Hobbs look. I then went to shop at House of Fraser and assisted brilliantly
