Very poor service from someone who said she was just covering and was actually a colourist she was chatting to a clearly more potentially lucrative customer and refused to acknowledge I was waiting to be served for 20 mins when I eventually did get served she seemed to imply that the sale of 1 pot of paint was hardly worth her time - I have used Farrow and ball paint since the early days when it was the only chalky paint on the market sad to see it represented by this kind of person.

I went into the Guildford branch the other day rather last minute as our painter was starting that day to paint a huge extension and I asked advice .I was given so much fantastic guidance with colour choices wall papers etc that I ended up leaving with a total plan , paints and all sorts of ideas and wall paper choices. I had no time for the design service plus I half wanted to do it my self with just some advice and the help in the shop made me leave feeling really confident and excited about my new extension. Many thanks. I believe the lady who really helped me was called Claire.

Just to say a big thank you to the Claire and the staff F & B for being very helpful, understanding and changing without a problem the correct paint which I originally ordered for my kitchen.
