The staff in here literally have no clue what they are doing and just stand the gormless. This is my second visit. The first time I asked a girl if she knew if Superdrug sell hair toners, she said I don't know and walked off. Today was the second time. I was returning some products that I purchased on a 3 for 2 offer, returning 4 items out of the 6. The girl didn't know how to work this out as a refund so went to chat to her manager leaving me there for around 20 minutes. When she returned she said that I would only get £10 back, meaning I would lose money. I asked her to get her manager to explain this to me, as she had no explanation for why this might be. Another 15 minutes later, the manager returned, stating that I could exchange the products, but if I returned them I would lose money on them. The products value were £18, but I would only get £10 back. I'm sure that many people return products when there is an offer on, and that there is a way of discounting the products to ensure the buyer gets the correct amount back after the initial discount, rather than being forced into swapping the products for more things I don't need. All in all I spent around 1 hour (if not longer) in the store, trying to do what should have been a simple transaction. Most the girls are young and so I don't have much to say on this, but they could definitely do with some customer service and general product training.
