The staff was very kind and helped us with all our questions. The room setup was new, modern and nothing was damaged. The bed was super comfy and the room also had a small kitchen with everything that we needed. The only thing that was not so good, was that the room was not cleaned during our 7 nights stay. A room cleaning at the middle of the stay would have been great. But afterall it was very nice!

Location was great for getting to and from Greenwich. Getting back into Central London was also easy lots of public transport options Room was great. Had everything we needed for a comfortable couple of nights. Loved the little fully equipped kitchenette. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Reception was really busy when we arrived and housekeeping were struggling to turn rooms around so there were people waiting however, I'd checked in on line before travelling and our room was ready and waiting so would definitely recommend acting on the check in email before arriving. Reception staff were brilliant it was clearly very busy but they were so polite. Megan was extremely helpful and friendly. Reception is staffed 24 hours and doors lock late evening so it felt really safe and secure for two female guests . Area is fine, co-op across the road, right next to the DLR and bus stops outside. We walked to and from Greenwich takes 20-25 minutes. 6-7 minute walk to New Cross railway station too. Would definitely use Staycity again whether Deptford Bridge or other location.

We needed to stay somewhere air conditioned with our baby during the heat wave. It was fantastic to be able to have a proper one bedroom apartment with kitchen. We had a bit of a delay checking in and I was expecting things to be a bit cleaner and finishes nicer - but all of the staff were genuinely so friendly and helpful and they found us a different room right away. The staff actually went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly at every point.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed for a week and it was nice to come back "home" after a long day exploring London. The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were are all very friendly and helpful. The location was great, right next to the DLR which takes you right into the heart of London in just 15-20 minutes. The neighbourhood was lovely, colourful and vibrant. The coop grocery store next door is very convenient too. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Superb place to stay, went as a family to tour London. They have car parking facility available. Very hospitable staff. The front desk staff are all exceptionally sweet and cheerful. Always welcoming you with a smile that brightens all our day. Very kindly took all our requests and helped us with directions and stuff.  Highly recommended and definitely coming back again.  One of the best places to stay. Very reasonably priced and most of all highly trained and professional staff u can get.  Special mention : Megan from front desk.

Checked in to this hotel, last minute, due to close proximity to a gig in the area. The hotel is clean and bright with good amenities for the price and location.  The absolute standout of this visit is the man at the desk.  Marshall was an absolute star! He was polite and knowledgeable. Any, questions or any small issues we had he was able to resolve straight away with a smile on his face! Super impressed!

Thank you Marshall and Sim for the best check in experience, your help and understanding are greatly appreciated. I moved in from a student accommodation and had all my belongings with me in 9 bags and 3 boxes and Marshall and Sim helped me in moving them, thank you so much. Also they are making sure we’re having the best time here. The whole staff are nice and friendly making the stay very comfortable. thank you all.. will stay here again and definitely will recommend the place to friends and family.

Can not recommend enough! The place was clean, the staff was amazing, the service was professional. Very comfortable beds. Pretty good size apartments. Really good destination to stay in London. Few minutes away from central London. Big thank you to their Operations Manager- Ernest, who was amazing and very professional. Would definitely recommend to others and will soon come back myself . Keep the good work guys. You are doing an amazing job

The stay has been amazing! The convenience of location and the accessibility to our room was top notch. All the staff is wonderful and so helpful! We will definitely be booking at other StayCitys because of the great time we had at this location. Our trip was perfect all thanks to them. What a blast thank you!Rooms: 5/5

We had a very warm welcome from the staff on arrival. We were greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and a speedy check-in as we had a party to attend. The room was very clean and tidy, we had issues with the air conditioning, however this was quickly resolved by Megan. Overall we had a good nights stay and would definitely stay again  Thank you!!!
