Service is usually very poor, some of barristers are unfriendly and looks like they have been punished by working there. I think they should change their approach toward making coffees as for this price we pay for a coffee they should be able to make prope latte without overheat it without Bubbles as too much air is getting into the milk.. Highly recommend to re train some of the staff

Tax Dodging, Overpriced Brown Dishwater, served by underpaid workers same as any Starbucks that feels the need to be open nearly 14 hours a day just to be the first open and last to close, but even extended hours created no need to go in this place or any of it's Identical Twins as there is so many great Independent Coffee Houses in Nottingham City Centre, that have the Character, Quality and Friendliness that this Money Grabbing Giant will never replicate no matter how hard their try. Feel sorry for all the robot people who just go in there without thinking just because it's easily visible when they have so much choice a few minutes in any direction instead.

Toffee nut latte was divine. The fudge hot chocolate was nice but very strong flavour. The chocolate truffle cake was thick and rich. The cinnamon swirl was sweet and tasteful but the pastry was slightly dry. Over all a nice experience for a relaxing coffee and bit of cake.
