On arrival was met with a entrance charge of £12 (2 adults) which is understandable, but helpful if this was mentioned on the website so it wasn't a surprise when getting there.
The drinks and dessert menu was very good, main food was mediocre - portion sizes was very big.
There is only an hour time slot which you have, which wasn't mentioned on arrival - quite disappointing as we had not finished our food yet and was rushed out.
There were plenty of cats to see, though other guests kind of ruined the experience - there was a sleeping cat right next to our table and we were constantly crowded and knocked by other visitors trying to get group photos with it - we were at a window seat and people would even lean over our table to try and pet the cats on the window cill, it was very uncomfortable.
The staff were all really polite and helpful and could not fault them, the decor of the cafe was also incredible!
Not sure if I would go again, would recommend going at a less busy time.

Interesting place. Great cats. 6 quid just to enter is a bit rich though. To boot: very chilled out service at best. Ridiculously slow and waitress forgot our drinks though we politely reminded her - to which she was snappy (visit was last week btw). Woman running the cash and manager were much better.

Decor second to none. Friendly staff. Lovely cake but the reason l didn't give it 5 🌟 is because the cake l ate was rather a small slice. Had tea for 2 but only 1 small milk jug given. Cats and kittens are adorable but watch out as the kittens will lap up any opportunity to get the cream off cakes or drink the milk! A netted cover is provided though. Souvenirs lovely but expensive. There's loads of stimuli for the cats. This cafe has definitely got the balance right and had more cats and coloured decor to the one l visited in Budapest. If l was local l would get an annual membership.

A basic food menu, but satisfactory. The food was fine, though not the best. This was countered nicely by the long list of available loose leaf tea.
The real attractions are the cats, of course. There are many characters here, young and old, and they all appear quite happy and well looked after. Indeed, when we arrived for our lunch, many were playing very merrily with the many toys made available to them.
I'm not sold on the cat ears that staff wear, and the related merchandise available for purchase is a bit steep in price. But they do have a cat sanctuary to run, afterall. And the kitties are so terribly cute.

I loved it here! The staff were really welcoming and the cafe itself was really cosy and set out well. The food was good, and so was the portion size. For under £10 you can have a main, drink and dessert. The kitties were the main reason we visited and they didn't disappoint! They were everywhere and so well behaved. I can't wait to visit again
