Terrible customer service as the staff are very rude, not to mention performance being delayed, by far the worst branch I have ever visited. Slow and poor quality delivery made many customers impatient, since the employee treat it as a playground for a social mingle. In conclusion Starbucks in East Grinstead is operated by the most idiotic staff its not surprising as they are mindless, limbless neaderthals, who cannot make coffee even if they good use an extra 30% of their cerebral capacity. Costa Is the best option for the pound, professional and affordable, as they actually make good coffee. Not wasting, my Mandarin yen, here again.

Not a place to return to, pretty poor customer service. Just try to smile occasionally! Oh and give me a muffin if I've paid for one.

Always a long wait for coffee to be made, do not put on more staff for busy periods. Please don't make the mistake of popping over from the train station, 20 minutes is not long enough for then to prepare 1 coffee! I have seen staff store rubbish bags in public areas, and not wash their hands between handling rubbish and preparing drinks. Disgraceful.
