Sue and Ellie were incredibly accommodating. Full explanation of the process and extremely knowledgable. All the dress were absolutely beautiful! Being plus size I was worried about wedding dress shopping but the minute I tried the first dress on and it fitted me I was happy. I do not have a bad thing to say! Would recommend to any future brides!
I have just said yes to the dress at emily-grace. Their dresses are beautifull and amazing value for money. Sue and Ellie couldn't have been more helpful and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend.

First visit, looking for prom dress. Lots of choice, great service & my daughter got exactly what she wanted.
Really horrid experience ! We went for a prom dress , sadly sue did not have the right dress size . She had 2 dresses that may be ok with alterations . Sue agreed I could pay for both and take home to decide . One of them we really liked but as it needed a lot of alterations we decided against it and sue had it back . The 2nd one was ok ish but still not a great fit . My daughter is xxs size 0 . My daughter is really anxious and has struggled for the last year and a half not going to school . So I wanted to get this right . I travelled to Southampton to another store and found a dress the right size , a perfect fit. I then took the other dress back to sue in Emily grace as she said she would refund if I found something else . We had not had a refund for the first dress I took back so assumed she could refund both together . Sue got very rude , and could not put a refund through on machine to bank . I said to take off some money for her time in trying to help us with dress but she refused . She told me she would get refund done straight away on Monday 27th June . I worked Monday , so it was late after I checked with bank . I called her to leave message so she could sort asap next day . She answered and she was so rude to me , she told me “ it’s no wonder your daughter has issues “ and spoke over me whole time and then put the phone down . I had given her first dress back last Tuesday and second one on Saturday and still no refund for either !! So I have no dresses and no money !!! No apology from her , just a very rude , nasty lady who makes horrid personal comments .
I am so pleased that I chose Emily Grace Bridal to go wedding dress shopping - I can't thank Sue enough for the experience she gave me, it was fantastic. Sue has had excellent communication throughout - always responded to my emails and queries in a quick and friendly manner. I was very grateful that she was able to put aside a dress which I'd seen in the window - this turned out to be the one for me!! Sue made my wedding dress shopping experience a truly special one. Throughout the process, Sue was friendly, patient and helpful. She was very welcoming and even offered tea! She is very knowledgeable about wedding dresses and the industry which was reassuring and made the process feel a lot easier. There was plenty of time to browse and try on the different dresses. As it was my first wedding dress shop experience, this was really valuable and allowed me to try on different styles and figure out what I liked/didn't like. Sue ensured that there was a calm and enjoyable atmosphere and I did not feel rushed at all to try on dresses or to make my decision on probably the most important outfit I will ever buy!! Sue gave the right balance of advice/guidance and opportunities to explore the styles which I was interested in. As I was the only person in the shop, I felt really special and listened to. I am very appreciative of the help and the experience that Sue provided at Emily Grace Bridal and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a calm and enjoyable dress shopping experience! I was able to find my fantastic wedding dress at a fantastic price and I love it!! Sue made me feel very comfortable when helping me try on the dresses. Emily Grace Bridal offers fantastic value for money with the sale dresses. Sue demonstrated an understanding throughout of the ideal wedding dress shop experience and ensured that I experienced this. Choosing a wedding dress is such a special and important moment, especially as for most people they only experience this once - I'm very glad my experience was with Emily Grace Bridals. There is also a highly experienced seamstress associated with Emily Grace Bridal which I'm sure will help for the next stage! Thanks very much to Sue!!
Today I said YES to the dress! Sue was amazing, so so welcoming & warming. I really felt like I was in control and she was there for support. I would highly recommend Sue for her beautiful gorgeous gowns & her amazing key to detail. I felt like a princess, thank you Sue xx

We have recently purchased my daughters prom dress from Emily Grace and the service we received was fantastic. We were lucky enough to have had the whole prom room to ourselves and left to try on as many dresses as we wanted in our own time. There are so many to choose from in all styles and no pressure at all to buy one. When my daughter found the one she wanted, Sue took her into the bridal suite and allowed her to stand on the podium with all the mirrors around her. My daughter loves her dress which is noted down to ensure that nobody else from our school will wear the same one. Amazing. We cannot of asked for better service. Thank you Sue
Got my wedding dress here and its absolutely gorgeous. There's so much choice at Emily Grace Bridal, all of the dresses are beautiful and the whole experience getting to try them on was amazing. Sue is lovely, she was so helpful and kind and truly made me feel like a princess. I really can't rate this place highly enough, just perfect!
