First rate from start to finish. I wanted to update our portable TV in the bedroom and was not sure about the possibility of one being wall mounted so I called Scott Brothers to ask. They sent their installers to visit that same afternoon to check things, complete with cardboard cut outs to check sizing. A decision was made that we would update the TV in the lounge purchased from Scott Brothers and the existing one from the lounge would be put on a wall bracket in the bedroom. From the initial call, to the aerial installer from Scott Brothers to their own TV installers their work and customer service is first class. I cannot praise them highly enough and their attention to detail is top rate. Hopefully the Sky engineer fitting the new Sky Q boxes will be as focused. I totally recommend Scott Brothers and they will always be my first choice for anything similar in the future.
David and Martin did all my AV set up in what was a new extension. This involved moving 2 older wide screens and also mounting a new 77 inch on a purpose built media wall. They were happy to attend on site for meetings with my builders and electrician. The new TV and sky box are now hard wired into the Ethernet. I cannot speak highly enough of their work ethic and attention to detail. They are highly skilled in all things AV and also leave your home tidy afterwards. What’s more they charge a very reasonable price too.
Highly recommend helpful and professional Scott Brothers East Grinstead: My tv broke beyond repair and I needed a new one shortly before Xmas. James in the shop was very helpful providing advice and answering questions; installation was done seamlessly by knowledgeable Engineer - simplified my set up, tied all cables neatly, explained controls and took rubbish away. Passed on a Panasonic discount and registered warranty on my behalf. Thank you so much!
We have dealt with David and Martin at Scott Brothers for over 10 years. Without any hesitation, I can say they offer the best TV/HiFi installation and follow up service I have experienced. We recently moved back to the South East and have had 3 TV’s and a surround sound system installed. David and Martin personally take responsibility for every aspect from selection of product to delivery pre visit to home and installation and follow up. In these days of internet buying, it is a wonderful reminder of local service delivered impeccably. I highly recommend them and will always return when I need any TV or Hi Fi equipment and installation.
I came across Scott Brothers trying to find a specialist to install a TV which had a unique bracket, the LG G1 77 inch. They advised against it as it had its own limitations as well as my wall not really being up to the task. They gave a great alternative and from initial call, they came out on a Saturday morning for assessment which then lead to an installation just 5 days later. Superb job throughout, highly knowledgeable and respectful of my wishes. I will definitely seek their service again. Highly recommend.
The Scott Bros team were amazing. Very responsive to give a view of the cost - came and gave a bespoke quote. The work was then completed to a really high standard and a great finish. Would 100% recommend.
The VERY best customer service experience you will ever find! Extremely professional, SO very knowledgeable, totally reliable, fair and great guys to deal with. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of David, Martin, James and Kevin at Scott Brothers, who have moved and installed all our TVs, Sky set up's etc four times over the past 8 years. Yes you can buy cheaper, but you will be hard pushed to find anywhere the ultimate customer service experience that these guys provide.....in this world of digital technology customer service has almost totally disappeared....not so at Scott Brothers! Sincere thanks guys.
Had the gents come out on a couple of tricky tasks, 1 replace an HDMI with hidden wiring this undersells the job at hand and 2 running a hardwire Ethernet to a home gym at the end of the garden. They were pleasant, punctual, practical and most importantly did the job required! Very pleased and would recommend

Went into store and spoke to John the Manager. He was the most helpful guy and offers great customer service. Lots of other stores should take a leaf out of his book.
