My wife visited with a friend last week and came home singing the praises of the member of staff who served her. Millie couldn't have been more helpful, exploring all the options and working hard to identify the best solution. She obviously got the sale for the flooring in two rooms. Millie is a credit to her store and deserves a huge amount of praise for her service.
Visited carpet right in east grinstead, just enquire what carpets are best to have for my living room I wanted a thick soft one I spoke to a young lady called millie she was very helpful. Knowledgeable and friendly, I appreciated all her time she took to walk me through the steps of how the process works and the different types of carpet that would be best suited for me, keep up the good work, will be back again soon
Why do they not answer the phone at East Grinstead! I have been trying for days to get through about our very big order, I feel like cancelling. I need to tell them to change the time they are due to arrive to fit the carpets, there will be nobody there. The excuse is that only one member of staff is available, but there should be a messaging system. How does a business survive if they never answer the phone. If I had know about this I would never have ordered the flooring.
I’m still on the phone to carpet wright in eastgrinstead been ringing for 35 minutes now and still no answer all I want to do is to arrange a time and day for my daughters carpet to be laid!!! It’s really not acceptable if you Can not manage to answer the phone then maybe this shop should be shut down .

Although the sales person was pleasant she was visibly stressed as she was the only person on site. As well as being a H&S issue this is a violation of the young girls mental well-being. This is not the first time we have visited and the sales person has been alone.suggest carpet right look in to how to resolve
We have been in this shop twice in the last 10 weeks looked around to view laminate, no one bothered to speak to us walked back out, no one seemed interested to help.
Avoid like the Plague! Arranged to have small amount laminate flooring in kitchen and carpet up stairs and on landing. Laminate flooring fitter couldn't make the first appointment so re-arranged, then didn't make this appointment so re-arranged, didn't bother turning up for the 3rd and didn't ring or respond to any communications. After speaking to Carpetright someone then did turn up to fit the laminate and it looks like a nice job. However, all this time we had the fridge in the living room and we were moving the oven out of the Kitchen each time which was disruptive and annoying. Also, when speaking to both the fitting company and Carpetright about recompense for the mess nothing has been suggested. The carpet fitters weren't able to make the first appointment and they did not phone at 9am for the re-arranged appointment as I was told. When the carpet fitters did turn up, 4 hours later, they were rude to my Mother-in-Law, who kindly waited in for both laminate fitters and carpet fitters, and they did not clean up; they left a compete mess of off cuts, dust and bits of carpet thread. The carpet fitment, whilst not being faulty, is sub-par and I hope we don't have any issues with it going forward.
Store hasn't really got alot and had to go to the crawley store. Staff really polite but a real shame the company isn't allowing them to be as strong as they could be.
