Used to be a five star review but staff constantly changing and gone down hill. Seriously slow service, staff do not seem to know what they are doing with orders. And the place it self is now incredibly dirty, not fresh mess either. The only now positive thing I can say is the drinks do still seem ok.

Coffee from Starbucks is DELICIOUS consistently. Not like the other knock off brand in red which seems to be spreading like a disease in the UK. I don't care if they are a huge international chain. They are fair trade and good at what they do so I will continue to buy there!

Painfully slow service and when I did get my hot drink it was not hot enough. The lady in charge took it away and made it again. Still not very hot, for a hot drink. No idea how they stay in business. I guess they simply trade on their name. Disappointing.

Expensive as usual but felt like I needed a caffeine boost so thought the expense was worth it in this case. Good coffee though.

Lovely staff. The 3 of us arrived for a quick takeaway coffee just 15 minutes before closing. Served as fresh faced as if we were the first of the day. Only gripe is that they still don't take contactless payments.
