Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've placed a number of orders with them, and every time the goods have taken 3 weeks or more to deliver (despite being in stock). Repeated phone calls and emails have no effect whatsoever. It's as if they don't want your money. Would not recommend to anyone.

Informative and reliable service over a 5 year shopping experience.  The team at IA will always  go the extra mile to ensure that I buy the right kit for my needs and not wasting my money on non-essential equipment.
Visiting their retail front is highly recommended, previous online orders have arrived on time and in perfect condition.

I ordered a set of knee pads on 26th February and the money was taken from my account.  Despite 3 telephone calls and 2 emails, the goods have failed to show as at 12/03/13.  Would not recommend this company.
