Not as welcoming as other Starbucks I’ve been to. But at the same time they seemed to be rushed a lot... Also I once went to go in there and the door was locked. I did not get a reason why or when it would be open again they did apologise and give me 50p off my next order which was nice of them.

By far one of the Best Starbucks in this Region for customer service, great mannered staff and management. Great to see so many great attitudes in one place.

Friendly staff nice coffee and eats but this was an unbusy early sunday morning and the toilets were not great no loo roll either. The actual starbucks is quite uninviting its very dreary and drab.
