Visited Starbucks in Next Store Southampton on 16/03/18. Perfectly fine tea and coffee. But the state of the cafe was terrible, tables were not wiped properly crumbs on floor and chairs. Floor had empty sugar packs and sweet wrappers. Not very impressed

Terrible coffee, poor hot chocolate and rude staff who thought it crazy that we asked for marshmallows on a hot chocolate. Apparently they don't offer them.

It's a nice place to have drink and a snack any time of the day if your shopping in Next Home or any of the other shops in the retail park. Especially if you walk 😊

Visited this Starbucks last Monday 11/9,asked which size tea I wanted(s,m,l) or whatever they call their sizes.What is the difference ? Well ,larger cup ,obviously,more water,obviously.More teabag ? Oh no,but more expensive,obviously ! At the milk station,milk jug empty and I hate stirring and removing my teabag with a wooden stick. Delicious ham and cheese toastie on sour dough,which I had to attempt to cut with a plastic knife, why isn't there any normal cutlery ? Terrorists,staff might run amok ? My real reason for review however is : 11.30 .a.m not busy,we had a real job finding a clean table,dirty cups etc., on at least 4 tables and banquette seating covered in food. Linda

Small Pot of tea with two huge tea bags and hot chocolate like mud. I asked for a top up of hot water but though eventually given [to dilute the tea] was told they are not allowed to, do this, apparently something to do with franchises. Hey I'm the customer.....was even prepared to pay for the hot water and said so. Pleasant and comfortable environment but rubbish service.
