I love speciality coffee, I'm very passionate about it. The coffee here is good but it took a very long time to arrive. I would describe the staff as looking and sounding a little oppressed, could have been an off day for all of them maybe. The environment is fine, I had a cake, it was a bit sweet but okay, on the whole wasn't worth the walk and I don't think it is worth me returning, but if you're passing by it's better than usual big chains.

Lovely flavours of different coffees and relaxed atmosphere. Great team of staff. Very welcoming. Food is great. Parking is limited with meters. Well worth a visit :)

Very good coffee.interesting food. My bacon and scrambled egg bagel made an excellent lunch along with an excellent cortado. Comfortable leather armchairs.

Best coffee in Southampton. Flat out. Well, tied with the other Mettrickses. Lovely atmosphere, disabled access, although not to the first floor. Food is excellent as well - I highly recommend the breakfast wrap, and this branch has an expanded menu. Staff are friendly, fast and very pleasant. My go-to coffee shop in Southampton, and I try and load up on coffee beans before I go to sea because they sell kg bags of beans. Does fill up at lunchtime, but if they switched the WiFi off for 10 minutes every hour they'd probably clear half the tables a lot faster, as you do tend to get a lot of people with elaborate facial hair and macbooks nesting at tables for 4, which really rustles my jimmies when all I want to do is sit down and attempt to drink 5 gallons of delicious coffee. Also notable for being the only coffee chain in the city that doesn't scald the milk in a latte.
