Expensive, slow and grubby I took my little boy here at lunch time. There’s lots of food options too choose from but I wouldn’t say the taste or quality reflects the price. I ask for a tomato spaghetti for my son and this was still not ready by the time I paid, the cashier had to retrieve it from the microwave. It had been heated within an inch of its’ life! Dangerously hot for a child. Only when she gave it to me and I commented did they change it to a new plate and then put the cheese on top that I’d originally asked for. The lady serving was a blonde lady, the only helpful/friendly member of staff there, she was the only one doing the till and getting drinks so we all had to queue and watch our heated food get cold in front of our very eyes...I had to take mine back due to this and wait again while they chucked this new one in the microwave... There was no cutlery so I had to get up again the ask for this and when they got it, it was dirty. This was an over all feel, when you look at the tables they just look grubby. Not cleaned properly at all. The staff were young and untrained and due to this didn’t care about the experience I got when I chose them for a nice relaxing break!? Don’t go here. Please choose one of the other food outlets that decide to make an effort and clean their cutlery. Not happy.

My experiences at the restaurant have always been good and I do not have any negative aspect to say about them. The treatment has always been fair, polite and friendly. And the quality of the food is quite good.

Rubbish, food all came out at different times and the meatballs weren't in the meatball dish.

worst experience i ever had.... I’ve got a choccolate cake slice and an diuble espresso macchiato. after i asked to the guy double macchiato he asked me if i wanted cold or hot milk, i wanted refuse to have my late breakfast but thinked twice and gave him a chance the caffe macchiato has appear orrible and identified object on my trey... so the cake was better teste on Sainsbury or tescostores if your are wonderin the answer
