Not overly impressed I’m sorry to say. I asked if they had any of the flavoured hot chocolates like the Black Forest as I’ve asked in previous branches at various times of the year and got a blunt “no, no Christmas ones now.” I opted for a hazelnut iced coffee which I instantly regretted as it was tasteless and watery. My husband’s cappuccino was nice but my daughter’s soft cookie was rock hard. Baristas could be more friendly and a smile certainly wouldn’t go a miss.

They have a limited number of gluten free food options, although if you go in the afternoon they can be out of stock. The coffee is good, and the hot chocolate is lovely. They also have some cold drinks and teas. But the store is a bit small, so it can get crowded at times.

Nice cafe look. Had to ask staff to help me take tray to table. On crutches but no one noticed or offered. Whilst trying to relax a nd have coffee and cake staff started to sweep up and came right up to and under my table flicking dirty dust all over whilst I was trying to eat. !!! Not good please leave customers in peace and if table occupied clean up at next table come back later.
